Key Responsibilities
- Proven experience as a carpenter in a construction setting.
- Ability to use a variety of carpentry tools and equipment.
- Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and methods.
- Knowledge of building regulations and safety standards.
- Physical strength, endurance, and dexterity.
- Strong hand-eye coordination, stamina, balance, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Adherence to safety protocols and an eye for detail.
- Work in indoor and outdoor environments under varied weather conditions.
- Exposure to noise, dust, vibrations, and confined or elevated spaces.
- Flexibility for overtime, weekend, or seasonal work as needed.
- Assist other departments or trades when their workload is low to maintain project progress.
- Complete all tasks and instructions assigned by the Site Supervisor or Engineer promptly and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
