HubSpot Solution Specialist
BackWe are seeking a HubSpot Solution Specialist who can take ownership of our HubSpot CRM and marketing automation ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with HubSpot’s Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs, and the ability to understand current business workflows, suggest improvements, and implement end-to-end solutions independently. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Audit current HubSpot setup and recommend best practices
- Design and implement custom workflows, automation, and integrations
- Optimize CRM usage across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Create dashboards, reports, and campaign performance metrics
- Train internal teams and ensure ongoing adoption of HubSpot capabilities
