Key Responsibilities

  • Skilled in masonry, plastering, block work, and tile installation.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and construction plans.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination, physical stamina, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strict adherence to safety protocols and attention to detail.
  • Able to work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions with exposure to noise, dust, and confined spaces.
  • Flexible for overtime, weekends, and seasonal work.
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills.
  • Assist other departments or trades when their workload is low to maintain project progress.
  • Complete all tasks and instructions assigned by the Site Supervisor or Engineer promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
