Production Operator
BackThe Production Operator will be responsible for preparation, mixing, charging of raw materials, and packaging of finished goods (FG) in accordance with production standards. This is a hands-on role requiring physical fitness, accuracy, and adherence to safety procedures.
Candidates with prior experience in the plastic manufacturing or masterbatch additive industry will be given preference.

8 Hours +2.5 Hours
OT per day Mandatory
Gross Salary
AED 1,500/month - Probation – 6 months
AED 1,800/month - Post-probation, based on performance

Key Responsibilities
- Operate 150L & 300L mixer machines
- Measure and blend raw materials as per formula
- Fill, seal & stack 25kg bags
- Maintain accurate production logs
- Prepare pallets for dispatch
- Clean extrusion lines during downtime
- Ensure a safe, clean working environment
- Follow PPE and safety protocols
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in masterbatch additive production
- Plastic industry background preferred
- Must be physically fit (outdoor/heat exposure)
- Basic English is acceptable
- Strong with basic math
- Mechanically inclined; understands materials/tools
- Forklift driving – a plus
